Furniture selection includes a shopping list of furniture options only. Purchase of furniture, fittings and equipment are in addition to the fees listed. This will be based on the initial budget provided by you. 

Trade discounts will be applied where applicable if furniture is purchased through Morgan and Me Interiors. 

** If required, additional rounds of amends will be charged at a rate of $80 per hour. Any additional fees will be agreed prior to development.

Fee schedule:
Fees will be charged in stages 
1st meeting is a video conference or phone call and subsequent meetings are in the client home or via video calls if in another state or country. 
Stage 1 - 50% payment required prior to presentation of first round of design concept 
Stage 2 - Balance of payment required prior to presentation of furniture selection 
Purchase of furniture, fittings and equipment to be charged at time of order.
