Create 3D Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Renders area. See how your home renovation will look and feel before briefing the builder and joiners. 3D interiors renders allow you to see all the materials selections and details you have specified in a finished space before you commit to any building or details. This important step in the process allows you to bring to life your vision for the very first time.
What it covers:
You will receive a photo quality 3D Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Render showing two angles for each room you have selected to proceed with (provided you have already made your materials selections)
To create a 3D Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Render, we explore how your materials selections will translate into the space you are planning. There are still many decisions to resolve at this point.
- Where will the accents go?
- Where do I want to put feature tiles?
- What does your splashback look like with the rest of the kitchen design?
The Process (Approx 5-10 days):
- Click on Upload my brief
- Fill in the briefing form
- You will receive a zoom link for the briefing meeting and an invoice for $100
- Once the invoice is paid, the briefing meeting will take place - please have all your references ready to share by email prior to the meeting
- After the briefing, you will receive an invoice for $300
- The 3D render process will begin
- Initial renders will be provided for approval and / or feedback (you have the opportunity to provide 2 rounds of feedback, however, no new information can be provided at this point)
- Approve the initial render and pay the final $450 invoice
- Your photo realistic 3D renders will be supplied
Elevations:
Upon ordering the 3D Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Renders, a briefing meeting will be held, to detail on rough elevations, exactly where each of the already specified materials will be located. Any specific details for the space will be shown through photographic references and rough detailed elevations as created in the briefing meeting.
Initial Renders:
Now for the render process to start. You will have the opportunity to provide 2 rounds of feedback on an initial render.
Final photo realistic render:
Once you have approved the low resolution render, the final photo realistic render will be created.
You will receive:
- A photo realistic 3D Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Render
- One angle of each room / space
- An overhead render to show the layout of furniture and fixtures
